These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of online courses available through eongenetics.com.

By placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The products offered consist of digital content (online courses), accessible via the internet after payment confirmation.


4. Purchase Process

The purchase is completed through the website by:

  • Selecting the course
  • Providing the required information
  • Choosing a payment method
  • Confirming the order

Access to the course will be granted after payment confirmation.


5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • MBWay
  • Multibanco (Entity & Reference)
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

6. Delivery

Courses are delivered in digital format.

Access is granted after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved.


7. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when:

  • Access to the content has begun
  • And the user has given prior express consent
  • Acknowledging that they lose the right of withdrawal

8. Liability

EonGenetics shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Technical issues beyond its control
  • Misuse of content by the user

9. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of EonGenetics and is protected by copyright laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to alternative dispute resolution entities.
