1. Introduction
At EonGenetics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for online course purchases.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European Union legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
3. Exception for Digital Content
This right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (online courses) when:
- Access to the course has already begun
- The user has given prior express consent to immediate access
- The user has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal
By purchasing a course on EonGenetics, the user agrees that access may be granted immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the course content has been accessed.
4. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may only be requested if:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- The course has not been accessed or started
